A convicted drug dealer has shared what he claims is the "first footage of Charles Bronson in a decade" after setting up a YouTube channel inside prison. Thug Sam Walker posted footage of a "camera shy" Bronson after brazenly running his social media accounts from behind bars using an illegal mobile phone. His Twitter account has around 19,000 followers, while he has around 1,000 subscribers on YouTube, both of which he has posted on in the past week. In one video shared this week, Walker claims to have filmed Bronson — who has spent most of the past 40 years in prison for a number of violent crimes. If genuine, it would be the first footage of Bronson in a decade, as the inmate deals with his divorce and subsequent death of Coronation Street actress Paula Williamson. A caption alongside the video reads: "Big Charlie Bronson becomes camera shy while I video him. All 6ft5ins and 20 stone of him." In videos posted on Walker's Snapchat as well, Bronson looks unhappy to be on camera, telling Walker: "Leave me alone," and turning away. As who he claims to be Bronson stands by the doorway, Walker says: "He's cuddling the door." Laughing, he calls the man "the lonely prisoner," adding: "He's that lonely he's having to cuddle the cell door." The man said to be Bronson tells Walker to "f*** off" before Walker laughs again, saying: "I'm only messing with you, lad." Last year, Walker infamously taunted police while on the run in Africa, sharing "advice" on his Instagram account on how to escape the authorities. He has more than 100 offences under his belt, but his social media activity has continued since being caged at HMP Woodhill near Milton Keynes, Bucks. Prison Officers' Association chairman Mark Fairhurst has reacted with anger to the news Walker is still communicating with the outside world behind bars. He told the BBC: "What we need is for the officers to get in that cell and get the phone off him, but they have ingenious ways of hiding mobile phones. "If in fact he uses the popular choice, and he secretes the mobile phone in his person, we do not have the authority to take it from him. "We're very reliant on storming in his cell and getting it while he's using it. It is very frustrating." Sedexo, which runs the prison in conjunction with the MOJ, said the jail has been made aware of Walker's phone, and "immediate action" has been taken. Walker's Twitter account has now been deleted. Bronson - who has built up a reputation as Britain's most notorious prisoner - was first jailed for armed robbery in 1974 aged just 22. While in Walton Gaol, he attacked two prisoners and was sent to Hull. In HMP Wandsworth, he tried to poison another prisoner and was sent to Parkhurst psychiatric facility where he befriended the infamous East End gangsters, the Kray twins. He performed a rooftop protest at Broadmoor in 1982, and when he was released in 1987, he changed his name from Michael Gordon Peterson to Charles Bronson, after the US actor. B
