http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - If chest is a lagging bodypart for you, or if you just want to build a massive chest in general, this is a GREAT combination of exercises for you.

You'll be doing 3 movements...flat barbell bench press, dumbell flyes and cable cross-overs. And on each of these 3 movements, you'll be doing 1 1/4 reps, basically coming down into the "money" part of each exercise.

Do 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps on bench, rest 60 to 90 seconds, then 1 set of 6 to 8 reps of the flyes, rest 60 seconds, then 1 set of 6 to 8 reps on the cross-overs.

At the end of that, your pecs will be worked to the MAX.
